เมื่อวันที่ 8 กุมภาพันธ์ 2568 นายกรัฐมนตรี แพทองธาร ชินวัตร สรุปผลสำเร็จเยือนจีนผ่านสื่อโซเชียลมีเดีย ขอบคุณ ‘จีน’ ต้อนรับอย่างอบอุ่น พร้อมเชิญ ‘นายกฯหลี่ เฉียง’ เยือนไทยในโอกาสปีทองแห่งมิตรภาพ โดยระบุดังนี้

นอกเหนือจากการเข้าเยี่ยมคารวะประธานาธิบดีสี จิ้นผิง ผลสำเร็จจากการเยือนสาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีนอย่างเป็นทางการในครั้งนี้ ดิฉันยังได้พบหารือกับผู้นำระดับสูงของจีนอีกสองท่านที่กรุงปักกิ่งด้วย คือ

1. ประชุมหารือกับท่านนายกรัฐมนตรีหลี่ เฉียง ซึ่งดิฉันได้ขอบคุณท่านนายกหลี่ฯ ที่เชิญเยือนและต้อนรับอย่างอบอุ่น ทั้งสองฝ่ายพร้อมกระชับความร่วมมือในอุตสาหกรรมแห่งอนาคตที่จำเป็นต่อการเปลี่ยนผ่านสีเขียวและดิจิทัล เช่น EV AI เซมิคอนดักเตอร์ พลังงานทางเลือก การอำนวยความสะดวกด้านการค้าและการลงทุน การยกระดับมาตรฐานคุณภาพและความปลอดภัยของสินค้า เชื่อมโยงนวัตกรรมทางการเงินและตลาดทุน การพัฒนาความเชื่อมโยงในภูมิภาค ​ซึ่งรวมถึง​รถไฟ​ความ​เร็วสูง​ ตลอดจนหารือแนวทางร่วมมือแก้ไขปัญหาฝุ่น PM2.5 ที่สำคัญเราจะยกระดับความร่วมมือแก้ปัญหาอาชญากรรมข้ามชาติอย่างจริงจัง โดยเฉพาะปัญหาคอลเซ็นเตอร์

ดิฉันยังได้เชิญท่านนายกรัฐมนตรีหลี่ฯ เยือนไทยในโอกาสปีทองแห่งมิตรภาพไทย - จีน ซึ่งท่านได้ตอบรับด้วยความยินดี

ดิฉันได้ร่วมกับท่านนายกหลี่ฯ เป็นสักขีพยานการลงนามเอกสารความร่วมมือสองฝ่ายรวม 13 ฉบับ ครอบคลุมผลประโยชน์หลายสาขา เช่น เศรษฐกิจดิจิทัล เทคโนโลยีนิวเคลียร์ อวกาศ และ ​​AI

2. พบ​หารือท่านจ้าว เล่อจี้ ประธานสภาประชาชนแห่งชาติจีน ซึ่งเราเห็นพ้องให้ฝ่ายนิติบัญญัติแลกเปลี่ยนกันมากขึ้น และส่งเสริมความเข้าใจระหว่างประชาชนโดยเฉพาะคนรุ่นใหม่ ด้วยทุนการศึกษา วัฒนธรรม และ soft power

ทั้งหมดนี้ดิฉันได้สั่งการให้หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องติดตามและเร่งรัดการดำเนินผลให้เป็นรูปธรรมในโอกาสแรก เพื่อเป็นจุดเริ่มต้นของการเฉลิมฉลองครบรอบ 50 ปีการสถาปนาความสัมพันธ์ทางการทูตระหว่างไทยกับจีน และการดำเนินความสัมพันธ์อย่างลึกซึ้งในอนาคต 50 ปีข้างหน้าต่อไปค่ะ

Apart from meeting with H.E. President Xi Jinping, the highlights of this official visit to China was the meetings with two top leaders of China, namely:

1. H.E. Premier Li Qiang - I thanked Premier Li for his invitation and warm welcome. We discussed our readiness to strengthen cooperation in future-oriented industries that are instrumental for green and digital transition, such as EV, AI, semiconductor, and clean energy. We agreed to increase trade and investment facilitations, improve quality and safety standards of goods, work on financial innovation and capital market connectivity, and enhance regional connectivity, including the high-speed rail. We highlighted cooperation to combat PM2.5 issues and would step up cooperation to counter transnational crimes, especially call center scamming.

I invited Premier Li to visit Thailand later this year, to mark our Golden Jubilee for Friendship, to which he gladly accepted.

After the meeting, we jointly witnessed the signing of 13 documents to advance benefits in digital economy, nuclear technology, aerospace, AI, and many more areas. I was deeply honoured that Premier Li kindly hosted a dinner to welcome me and my entourage later on.

2. H.E. Mr. Zhao Leji, Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress - we agreed to strengthen exchanges between our legislative branches and deepen understanding between our peoples, particularly the young generation, through scholarships, culture, and soft power.

I have tasked relevant agencies to undertake immediate actions on things discussed during this historic visit to produce concrete outcomes to mark this auspicious 50th anniversary of the establishment of the diplomatic relations between Thailand and China which will pave a our collaborative future for the next 50 years.
